Nas palestras sobre como vender a GP para CIOs, CFOs, um grande desafio da gerencia de projetos é incluir a medição do benefício de cada projeto. Este conceito finalmente veio forte na gerencia de programas, mas na minha visão não pode ficar somente na gerencia de programa. O gerente de projeto “sempre” deveria mostrar a seu cliente o “benefício esperado” X “benefício realizado”. Vivemos em um mundo que o que vale são resultados. Temos que mudar a visão da gerencia de projetos de “meio”, para “fim”. Somente assim os executivos, CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, darão mais valor a nossa profissão. Obrigado.
