In the course the focus was the strategic model called Delta Model, where the customer relationship is the cornerstone of any strategy. The course was conducted by Prof. Arnoldo Hax, one of the world’s experts in strategy.

    muitos termos em ingles, dificulta muito a interpretação do assunto

    no final no podcast eu não estava mais ligando os termos em inglês e me enrolei todo.

    mas a idéia parece ser interessante, não entendi muito bem
