Muito simples e interessante! Pena que poucos pratiquem essas pequenas ações, que fazem muita diferença. No mundo moderno, o tempo é escasso, perdemos muito tempo, com reuniões que começam com um objetivo e são abandonadas (não são encerradas) sem uma conclusão, devido ao cansaço mental, provocado pela falta de foco.
