Muito boa as informações sobre o papel do gerente de projeto em analogia ao secretário de projetos.
Gostaria de saber quando a empresa está implementando o sistema de gerenciamento e ainda não atingiu o amadurecimento e ainda não possui um PMO mas sim um PSO como deve se comportar o gerente de projeto?
Muitas vezes eu tenho apenas um estagiário ao meu lado e devem ser coletadas várias informações para que possam ser tomadas as de decisões.
