Muito boa a estruturação do Kick Off apresentado pelo Ricardo. Gostaria de sugerir uma tela a mais no power point, após a tela dos entregáveis, colocar uma tela com os benefícios do projeto para o cliente, e se possível com métricas de mensuração. Obrigado.

Caberia sim. A mensagem que tem que ser passada é o que regula o conteúdo dos slides. Eu apenas tentei ser bastante genérico aqui.
