    Show de Bola!!! Realmente este é um tema de difícil explanação num podcast, mas o Ricardo conseguiu dar uma boa visão na sua linguagem do que é o assunto e a sua importãncia no mundo dos negócios. Vale a pena estudar outros podcasts..
