Concordo inteiramente com a idéia da percepção… As pessoas nem sempre estão dispostas a nos ouvir.. o que torna difícil a comunicação mesmo que feita de maneira correta.
Realmente o assunto comunicação é de extrema importância para qualquer projeto, e também em qualquer relação humana. Não é a toa que o gerente de projeto passa 90% do seu tempo com comunicação, e que os aspectos humanos estão sendo cada vez mais valorizados. E o Ricardo fala com grande propriedade que a comunicação depende muito da percepção, e da cultura das pessoas envolvidas nos canais de comunicação.
Concordo plenamente com as informações desse Podcast. Nem sempre a percepção de nossa equipe é a ideal. Ai que entra a necessidade de termos um boa documentação formal.
Ricardo, ouvi sua mensagem e como sempre bem clara. Porem fiquei com a expectativa de receber, como em outros de seus podcast, algumas dicas de como “fazer” uma boa comunicação e não apenas saber da sua importância.É possivel complementar ?
