Acredito também que um volume exaregado de detalhes pode nos levar além da necessidade do excesso de controle até a uma eventual possibilidade de sairmos do foco do que realmente o cliente deseja receber devido a tantos detalhes a serem acompanhados, o que demanda um tempo maior em controle que poderia e deveria ser gasto na execução do projeto.

Muito boa abordagem. Apesar de cada projeto ser único, o bom senso deve prevalecer. E a teoria do 8 x 40, citada neste podcast, dá uma orientação muito boa e racional sobre o assunto.
