Hello everybody welcome to the five minutes PM. Podcast Today, let's discuss about the WBS and also the deliverables. It's a very important to understand that all the WBS chart is intent to add in this and their compost, the deliverables of the project. It's a very common, we see mistakes or something like phase one, phase two and phase three, like a group of the WBS chart.

This is wrong. And why this is wrong because the intention of the WBS chart is not to compete with the network diagram or the Gantt chart. This is not intention of the WBS did WBS. If this is true, maybe it's a gas that I should group them in deliverable a and then the Departments because it's the same group. So it's much easier for me to administer the resource allocation. In the other hand, let's suppose that the department and the resources inside the department are responsible for a deliverable, a B, C, D N E. Dan. I strongly suggest that you group by department, because it's much easier, regardless if it's deliverable a or the group will be the same second thing that we need to analyze and be very careful.

We need to the lice, the relationship. I know that the double BS doesn't even know to show up and to analyze relationships. But if I have, for example, are very strong relationship between the deliverable in the liver will be, for example, in the same department, maybe it's better to group them by the point in the order hands. If I do that, a very strong relationship between deliverable aide in the department, one and deliverable AE in the apartment seven, there may be it's much matter to group them in deliverable a and then put all the departments together because this will make more sales for them, for me, in the future, to the table, to one of the lies and also to establish links.

So both of them are correct. We need to be nimble in this market to make the proper decision. This is the challenge that we face in this case, and that will be S learn how to do that. But yes means practice. You must try it, do one to two to 10 times until you become very smart and understanding all relationship off the WBS. And for me, it's one of the key success factor in all projects there, people don't know how to detect the scope.
