Ricardo – Fui seu aluno de GP e parabenizo pelo podcast. Era só resumir dizendo que tempo é reflexo do resto, ou seja, atraso é reflexo de escopo, risco, aquisições ou outros mal gerenciados. Concorda? Rodrigo Machado – Niterói-RJ
Ricardo, muito bom o podcast sobre gerenciamento de tempo em projetos, mas infelizmente o mercado está cheio de “gerentes de projeto” que gerenciam apenas o tempo. Por isso, continue gerando os podcasts para disSeminar as boas práticas do PMO.
É bem interessante quando o professor cola situações reais para demonstrar um conteúdo, como por exemplo a febre que foi citada durante a explanação. Isso nos permite visualizar de forma mais clara o objetivo. Pode até parecer redundante, mas não é. E realmente o gerenciamento de tempo dá indicativos dos problemas, porém temos que ficar atentos para trabalhar no problema. Otimo material.
Muito bem colocado. O exemplo do termômetro é perfeito. abs.
É de fundamental importância, quando o professor coloca situações atuais e reais para demonstrar um conteúdo, sito como por exemplo a febre que foi citada durante a explanação. Isso nos trará e permitira ter uma visão de forma mais objetiva. Isso sem querer , pode até parecer redundante. E realmente o gerenciamento de tempo que nos dá indicativos dos atuais problemas, .
