Ricardo, fazer esse mapeamento usando os mapas mentais deve ser bem interessante no entanto talvez fazer no Excel pode ser uma forma mais fácil se o GP quiser rapidamente filtrar os stakeholders com o flag vermelho para então definir a estratégia de ação. Achei didático explicar em 5 min. Valeu!!. Eduardo
