Ricardo, as 07 soft skills citadas por você neste PodCast fazem toda a diferença para aqueles que tentam ser um bom GP. Obrigado
Olá Ricardo,
As 7 habilidades são realmente essenciais e sem elas fica difícil gerenciar qualquer time ou a própria vida. No entanto, eu particularmente acrescentaria uma oitava Habilidade:
8ª) Capacidade de ouvir: é com a capacidade de ouvir que se tem grande sucesso no gerenciamento, acredito eu, de “qualquer coisa”. É preciosa a ação de escutar a fala do outro (quando digo outro, quero dizer todos os membro envolvidos, independente da ocupação/cargo dentro da hierarquia da empresa/organização) antes de fechar qualquer atividade (seja ela, resolver conflito, delegar tarefas, negociações, etc). Pois, por vezes, pelo fato de não ouvir os envolvidos (stakeholders) algo fica pendente, conflituoso, mal entendido, mal resolvido… enfim, mal gerenciado.

Ao falar das 7 habilidades, quero dizer das essenciais, delas e que seria muito difícil gerenciar qualquer organização. Para o entanto quero também acrescentar uma habilidade que entendo ser de suma importância para os gerentes, a capacidade de paciência em atender as ideias dos subordinados, pois muitos destes estão com suas ideias fantásticas guardadas dentro de si por não puderem lançar e ou falar, porque? por que não são ouvidos, e assim perdemos em nossos projetos e ou gerenciamento informações de valores inestimáveis.
