Recentemente escrevi um artigo para o grupo de discussão da equipe que trabalho, onde trata exatamente isso, e coloquei da seguinte forma:
Ser ou Estar? Se você ESTIVER numa determinada profissão, a probabilidade de não dar certo é muito maior.
Fazer aquilo que gosta é fundamental, ou seja, SER, e não Estar!
Ser Analista de Sistemas ou Estar Analista de Sistemas?
Ser Gerente de Projeto ou Estar Gerente de Projeto?

Gerência de Projetos é uma profissão “nova” no Brasil e por isso tem que lidar com dificuldades como fomentar na empresa a transição de gestão hierarquica para gestão por projetos (e todos os processos de fluxos de trabalhos, direitos de decisão e egos envolvidos).
Tem muita gestao arcaica, baseada em sucessao e hierarquia.
É complicado derrubar essa cultura. Nela a culpa é sempre da pessoa que serve o cafezinho, e nao do gestor.
Olá gente, tenho 30 anos e estudande técnico edificações, gostaria muito de estagiar nessa área de gerenciamento de projetos, sei que existem muitas pessoas do ramo que entram aqui, por isso deixo meu profundo desejo de aprender sobre essa área.

Gostei muito deste Podecast !
Esta discussão não é racional e muito menos lógica … Tenho para mim que somente quem tem aptidão e gosta do que faz consegue “Persistir” no seu dia a dia com “Força de Vontade” e “Comprometimento”, pois dificuldades para o sucesso existem e sempre existirão … mas o sabor do “Fazer Acontecer” e do “Dar Certo” alimentam nossa convicção de SER Gerente de Projeto.
Também achei muito oportuna a pespectiva exposta sobre o que é a tão famosa e exigida “Flexibilidade” no mundo empresarial … foi ótima!!!
Parabéns Ricardo, excelente podcast. Apresenta de forma muito clara e objetiva o caminho para o sucesso na profissão não só de gerente de projetos como nas mais variadas.
