Excelente!
Vejo que esse ponto é ainda mais crítico em pequenas e médias empresas, que por lidarem com orçamentos apertados e muitas vezes não estarem acostumadas a lidar com critérios mais subjetivos, como o valor do tempo, a qualidade percebida pelo cliente, a satisfação de funcionários, entre outros, pressionam mais por resultados numéricos e mensuráveis.
