Excelente a “aula” sobre mudança. Realmente você foi nos pontos cruciais: credibilidade, comunicação e compartilhamento de conhecimento. Aliás são três pilares fundamentais para a gerência. No meu entendimento, uma das qualidade mais importantes de um gerente é ser generoso e compartilhar conhecimento. Apesar de parecer óbvio, muita gente hoje sonega isso pois conhecimento é poder.
Ultimamente tenho estudado muito o processo de mudança, pois o considero o que há de mais importante, nos tempos atuais, quando se trata de gerenciamento de projetos.
Hoje um amigo me mandou esta aula do Ricardo,com um recado: “Ouça. Você vai curtir muito”.
Como sempre, o Ricardo é brilhante.
Penso que o tratamento das solicitações de mudança deve receber mais atenção.
