Boas dicas. Vejo que as empresas precisam acordar para a gestão de projetos nos diferentes níveis de maturidade para adoção de resultados melhores.
Por exemplo, na graduação do curso de ADM de diversas universidades não se fala em gestão de projetos.
Quem não iniciou precisa vender pelo menos o benchmarking.
Quem já iniciou precisa consolidar as principais práticas com tuas dicas.
Quem já está rodando a um bom tempo tem que se lembrar da melhoria contínua, que em muitos casos é a simplificação.
